Cytokine Detection
Cytokine is the hormone pathway involved in all immune/infectious/cancer disease. Cytokine detection is usually the key tool in understanding the status of disease progress and the immune system function. Thus it is required to perform cytokine detection in mechanism research, early stage diagnosis, monitoring therapy progress, and throughout bio-drug development. With recent progress in high throughput sequencing, high throughput imaging, and AI, cytokine detection will keep playing its important role in precision medicine.
Precoated Strip ELISA Kit
After 13 years of dedicated R&D, BioSci can now provide 83 high-quality ELISA kits covering human, mouse, and rat for biological research. Most of the kits are for cytokine detection. Every kit is in precoated strip plate format. It has the characteristics of high efficiency, uniformity result, and easiest operation. These precoated ELISA kits undergo strict raw material, semi-product, and final QC inspection to ensure system stability, sensitivity, high specificity, and good linear range. BioSci also provide auxiliary kit and solution to help develop your own high quality ELISA kits of your interest.
Precoated Strip ELISPOT Kit
Based on similar principle of ELISA, ELISPOT technology was invented in 1980s, and become a unique tool in some of the most dangerous infectious disease (eg. HIV or Covid-19) research and vaccine development. It expands its application into cancer cell therapy in recent decade. Due to its high-sensitive, high throughput, and specific nature of detection functional cytokine secreting cell rather than cytokine, ELISPOT gain more and more attention in industry.
BioSci offers some of the major cytokine ELISPOT kits for RUO, and also ODM for some of the IVD ELISPOT kits, eg.hepatitis B ELISPOT kit, and tuberculosis ELISPOT kit. BioSci has established a complete ELISPOT reagent portfolio, including special serum free medium, freezing kit, special peptide pool, and coloring system for ELISPOT. With more than 15 years of ELISPOT kits production, BioSci has set up a strict operation protocol not only to meet the GMP standard, but also adapted for specific ELISPOT production, test, and quality control.

Multiplex Immunohistochemistry
With recent spatial omics, biopharma, and cancer immune therapy devolopment, mIHC become a fast growing tool for cancer micro environment evaluation. mIHC shows great potential in clinical pathology. It saves tissue sample and bears abundant information in single slice, thus make it great for precision medicine and companion diagnostics. Currently, complex experiment procedure, expensive instrument, and lack of clinical validation prohibit its expansion in todays’s clinical diagnosis. However, with new generation of more affordable and high throughput machines, AI auxiliary diagnosis implementation, and setup of clinical validation standards, mIHC is highly potential to become a wide accepted technology in clinical pathnology in near future.
4-7 Color mIHC Fluorescent Kit
BioSci provides 4, 5, 6, and 7 color fluorescence kit for mIHC. The Ex channels for these kits are ex430, ex488, ex535, ex594, ex647, ex760. The kits are applicable to various conventional primary antibodies, with no species restrictions. The kit composes of a goat anti-mouse/rabbit HRP and a TSA fluorescent reagent, which will form stable covalent binding of TSA fluorescein on the sample following antigen antibody recognition. The non-covalently bound primary antibody-secondary antibody-HRP complex is washed away by thermal repair. This can go for 4 or more rounds depends on the kit type to achieve multiple labeling of the tissue slice. A separate DAPI staining is carried out to locate the nucleus, and an anti-fluorescent quenching sealing reagent is used to seal the film in the end.
