- SuperDrop 10× DNA Loading Buffer is a 10-fold concentrated DNA loading buffer. Bromophenol blue is used as an indicator in this buffer. When diluted to 1×, the proportion of the buffer is still large, the sample is easy to sink, and the color is clearly visible.
- The reaction can be terminated by adding more than 1/10 volume of the product to the enzymatic reaction solution, which can be directly used for agarose gel electrophoresis.
