| Usage | This product is used for tissue and cell culture to improve cell climbing efficiency in primary cell culture and cell proliferation efficiency during passaging. |
| Directions for Use | 1．Add the Cell Adhesion Reagent to the culture flask, shake the flask to evenly coat the bottom (recommended volumes: T25, 2 mL; T75, 6 mL, and so on). 2．Allow the culture flask to stand at room temperature for 1 hour or overnight at 2℃~8℃. 3．After removing the Cell Adhesion Reagent, open the culture flask cap on the clean workbench and let it stand for 15 minutes to air-dry the remaining liquid in the flask. 4．Processed culture flask can be stored at 2℃~8℃ and used within a week. 5．Before cell seeding, rinse once with basic culture medium to remove residual Cell Adhesion Reagent. |
| Note | Avoid repeated freezing and thawing of this product, and pay attention to operate aseptically during use. |
