Fresh PBMCs (four samples) are cultured with SUPERCULTURE™ Natural Killer Cells Induction Culture Kit 2.0supplemented with either autologous plasma, Cell viability,phenotype and proliferation rate are compared between two groups. The results are as follows.

Cell Proliferation Rate: After 14 days of culture, the cell proliferation fold is 70-100 fold.

CD3-CD56+ Cell Phenotype: After 14 days of culture, the proportion of T cells (CD3-CD56+) in the culture is over 90%.

Cell Viability:During 14 days of culture, the viability of cells maintains above 85%.
