Fresh PBMCs (three samples) are cultured with SUPERCULTURE™ L500 Serum-Free Medium supplemented with SUPERGROW Cell Culture Supplemental Mix. Cell viability,phenotype and proliferation rate are compared between two groups. The results are as follows.
During 14 days of culture, the viability of cells maintains above 90%.
After 14 days of culture, the proportion of T cells(CD3+CD8+) is close to 75%.
After 14 days of culture, the cell proliferation fold is close to 460 fold.
