Freezing Kit

Overview

√ Freezing lymphocyte samples are often used as test cells in the application of ELISPOT assay. Since the ELISPOT assay targets at immune function of cells, it is not only necessary to ensure the cell viability, but also to ensure that the cell function remains unchanged.

√ Considering the particularity of ELISPOT assay, Dakewe launched BioSci™ Freezing Kit, supplemented with a series of protectants with special protective effects on cells to the freezing medium.

√ Dakewe did experiments on cell freezing and thawing in its self-build laboratory and several Chinese clients’ laboratories, and performed ELISPOT assays for the thawed cells. The results showed that the viability of lymphocytes was more than 90%, and the frequency of ELISPOT spot formation was exactly the same as that of fresh cells.
