HRP* Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) is used as a secondary antibody for Western Blot, ELISA and IHC, etc. HRP, horseradish peroxidase, Chinese name of horseradish peroxidase, can catalyze ECL reagents (such as ECL, BeyoECL, etc.) to produce chemiluminescence in Western Blot, can catalyze TMB to produce blue color in ELISA. It can also catalyze DAB to produce brown precipitate when IHC or Western blot.
