RBC Lysis: 100 μL of fresh anticoagulant whole blood was collected and incubated with flow cytometry antibody for red splitting and flow cytometry detection. Separation Medium: The 3mL fresh anticoagulant whole blood was diluted and separated with human lymphocyte separation solution. After centrifugation at 800g, 20 °C for 20min, the PBMCs layer was washed twice and incubated with flow cytometry antibody for flow cytometry detection.
