Overview
ITS Supplement is a mixture of recombinant human insulin, human transferrin and sodium selenite. It is a universal supplement that can be used in conjunction with other basal media to reduce the amount of fetal bovine serum required to culture cells.
This product is provided as a 100× liquid and is intended to be used with RPMI 1640, MEM, DMEM/F12 and other basal medium.
