Fresh PBMCs (five donors) are cultured with the L520 Serum-Free Medium for Lymphocyte for lymphocyte with 1000 U/mL injectable-grade IL-2,which Contains no autologous plasma or Cell Culture Supplemental Mix.Cell viability,phenotype and proliferation rate are as follows.
During 14 days of culture, the viability of cells maintains 70%- 90%.
After 14 days of culture, the proportion of T cells(CD3+)more than 98%
After 14 days of culture, the cell proliferation fold is 250-1500fold.
