D0 was inoculated with 2.5×107 UBMCs in T25 culture vial and cultured for 16-18 days, with a final system of about 1200 mL. The number of harvested cells ranged from 3 to 5 billion, and the total cell multiplication was 100 to 200 times. The positive rate of cell can reach more than 80%. The cell viability was maintained above 85%, and at the end of culture cycle, the cell viability was maintained above 90%.
D0 inoculated 2.2×107~3.0×107 UBMCs into T25 and cultured them for 16~18 days. The final system was about 1000 mL, the number of harvested cells was 3 ~5 billion, and the total cell multiplication was 100~200 times. The positive rate can reach more than 75%In the course of 16-18 days. The cell viability was maintained above 90%.
After 17 days of culture, 6-7 billion of cells can be harvested per 1 L kit of NK3.0，the viability of cells maintains above 90%，the proportion of NK cells (CD3-CD56+)can reach above 95%.
