Product Summary	PMA and Ionomycin are two common irritants in vitro tests. The PMA as activators for PKC (protein kinase C) , PKC can activate a number of downstream protein kinase , resulting in the expression of many proteins, thereby causing T cell activation. In cells, PKC can be activated under the effect of DAG (diacylglycerol)and Ca²⁺ together, so PKC in the T cells can be further activation under the participation of Ionomycin(Ca²⁺ transport agents). This product is a mixture of both lyophilized dosage reasonable, easy to use and preservation.
