• It contains only the 8 most basic components to maintain the growth of hiPSCs, without heterologous animal-derived components and with little inter-batch difference.
• It can be used in combination with Vitronectin to realize the culture effect without xenogeneic components at all.
• It can maintain hiPSCs growth for a long time, and keep healthy morphology and pluripotency of hiPSCs.

2.Thaw 10 mL of PSE8 50× supplement completely aseptically and add it to 490 mL of basal medium to form a total volume of 500 mL, and mix thoroughly. The PSE8 human pluripotent stem cell complete medium can maintain a stable state for up to 2 weeks when stored at (2℃~8°C), and the medium cannot be heated at 37°C for a long time.

3.Prior to cell culture, place the culture plate coated with Vitronectin (at a concentration of 10 µg/mL) in the incubator (37°C) for at least 1 h, and ensure that the Vitronectin solution is evenly distributed on the surface of culture plate. Do not dehydrate the culture plate.

• PSE8 Basal Medium: Keep away from light at 2℃~8℃, valid for 1 year.
