- TAE Nucleic Acid Running Buffer, which is mainly used in DNA agarose gel electrophoresis, is one of the commonly used nucleic acid electrophoresis buffer in molecular experiment. The main feature of the product is that the electrophoresis of supercoiled DNA is more consistent with the actual relative molecular weight, and the migration rate of double-chain linear DNA is about 10% faster than other nucleic acid electrophoresis buffer. If electrophoresing fragment is larger than 13 kb, it would achieve better separation results by using TAE Nucleic Acid Running Buffer.
- This product is a 50×TAE pre-prepared concentrated solution. There is no need to prepare the solution or adjust the pH. It can be directly diluted with purified water to 1× or 0.5× and used directly for electrophoresis.
