Dulbecco’s Modified Eagle’s Medium (DMEM) is a modified Eagle Basal cell medium (BME) containing four times the concentration of amino acids and vitamins. This product is a high-glucose type (1000mg/L) and supports primary culture of mouse and chicken cells, as well as various normal and transformed cell lines. This product is a GMP grade medium
without animal-derived components. Therefore, additional culture additives such as fetal bovine serum (FBS) need to be supplemented.
